Today some of our previous WWF Baltic Sea Farmer Award winners joined us at European Parliament for an event on #SustainableFarming. These farmers go above and beyond every day to sustainably manage soil, water, nutrients and biodiversity on their farms 🌱 #agriculture #BalticSea

During yesterday’s #SustainableFarming panel, Airi Külvet from Puutsa farm in 🇪🇪 stated the vital importance of working with nature, not against it. She also provided insight into the realities of eco-schemes and why shifting to results-based payments may be the way forward.

Actions have impact! Now more is needed to recude eutrophication in the #BalticSea.
