Many NYers will confine themselves to their home or adjacent neighborhoods - often to avoid the annoyingly long, erratic, and or unreliable public transit changes & transfers. It would do so much to just improve mass transit within the region.

If the Green party cared about Palestine at all they would be running hundreds of legitimate candidates for uncontested city council races who could push to end municipal investments in Israel, not running one single supergrifter who does not want to win her election

Invest in NJT - make it work better - I bet there would be increased local tourism to places in jersey if they were more easily accessible by public transit. Also, NJ is supposed to host a pretty big world event in a few years and that should be incentive to invest in NJT but..

I'd argue a better investment for tourism in South Jersey would be reliable & frequent mass transit to the beaches, farms, & other attractions. Do you know how many NYers w/out a car love basic fall activities on a farm?! Make it easy and less painful

One of the top reasons for divorce are based on financial stress & fights over money. Too many couples never talk about their money values. At the very least, a pre nup forces couples to communicate about that early on. Besides, you are getting a govt drafted prenup otherwise
