PhD position in history & philosophy of science at UniMelb with Fiona Fidler and me and the rest of the MetaMelb crowd! Pass it on to any prospective PhD students you know who might be interested (and stay tuned for another similar position in psych at UniMelb soon!)

I encountered this issue several times and people were not aware of it. Changing the default and/or having clearer instructions in the G*Power app directly could prevent researchers accidentally ending up with too small and low-powered sample sizes for interaction effects.

How does the brain retrieve items from a cognitive map? In our newest eLife paper (and my PhD's first publication!) we give evidence that items are sorted in their reactivation strength by distance. paper link: elifesciences.org/articles/93357
