When coaching a new soccer team you have to build trust in order to maximize potential. That can be done in many ways. But the best way… Is by leading them to a big win.

You can't escape critique as a soccer coach. The best thing to do is to get used to the fact that people are going to dislike your decisions sometimes. But that doesn't matter. The progress of your team does. And that should always be your #1 focus.

The best players are coachable. The best coaches are coachable. Successful people learn, grow, develop, and move forward.

There's no need for drama in soccer. Play the sport, have fun and don't make trouble. Simple.

If your player does not like Training Games, for example … ▪️3v3 ▪️4v4 ▪️7v7 ▪️9v9 … etc. And all variations of these, then perhaps he/she does not like soccer or to compete. And that’s OK. Plenty of other options out there. 👍 #TOVO
