Top Ten Things I’ve Learned in the 2nd Half of 2020... 1. We board up stores like we’re bracing for a destructive hurricane, but it’s just us. Our own worst enemy. For now.

2. When things get tense in Philly, cue the DJ and let a joyous dance party commence in the streets. It works for us.

3. Philly never backs down and knows how to come in clutch when it counts. We are heroes to millions right now.

4. “What happens in your house is more important than what happens in the White House. And it always has been.” (Dave Ramsey)

5. “What tickles us often bruises others” (Matthew McConaughey). It’s okay to believe what you believe without belittling others...

6. ...Unless you’re a racist. That’s not okay. Your culture is cancelled.

7. You have to be happy. Walk and wander on what happiness really means to you and you’ll find it. Then run with it.

8. You have to be healthy. Consciously keep your immune system strong. Be safe out there.

9. I’m not really surprised or spooked by much any more because I am confident in my ability to pivot, strive onward and thrive forever.

10. Heavy on the resilience this year. I’m proud of my friends, clients and associates for their toughness and capacity to recover quickly from difficulties and keep their cool. We’ll be fine.
