Working on FCS preseason awards and position ratings. A lot of turnover in FCS due to portal.

You aren’t kidding. He was very fun to watch in prep for Phil Steele ratings. I am wondering if he would go in round 1 after seeing it.

Have been working on FCS preseason awards. Many names who are going to be listed with a new team from where they were in postseason last year.

Been working on FCS preseason All-Conference and All-America teams. About 70% done.

All 4 of these names are in my small school top 50. Smith is a good one that is under radar that could rise. I could see all 4 get a combine invite.

Shrine Watch List. Some notable small schoolers missing from the 1,000: total: TE Jackson Clemmer, Southern Oregon; WR Jared Gipson, Sac Stated WR Max McLeod, Colorado Mines; OL Ozzie Hutchinson, Albany; OL Wyatt Hansen, Eastern Washington; and OT Alec Rasmussen, St Thomas.

We are almost done with FCS preseason awards. A lot of players transferring has definitely impacted doing these.

We have had to remove more than 15 players who would have made the preseason All-America team due to transferring up to FBS.

All 6 of these are coming off a good 2023 season. Had them all ranked for Phil Steele Magazine as well. Cole is really intriguing because of ball skills and size. Some will see him as OLB and others as a S. Those RBs are fun to watch. Vinson is long with upside.

There are a few D3 guys that I expect to get a good bit of traffic this year and he is definitely one. Just FYI he is 67, not 76, in those clips. Strong player who will be an interesting name to watch for sure!

Checking all rosters for updates. Just finished A-T schools. A lot of late transfers and jersey changes. About 65 small schools who haven’t posted a 2024 roster yet that are needed to finalize update.

Finally finished updating database from all 2024 rosters. Several schools waited and didn’t post until the last 3-10 days. Will post an updated top 10 small schoolers at some point in October.

Going to have some updates to the top of small school board here soon. Got a couple players that are going to rise based on early play.

Several quality small schoolers are injured as well and are likely to return for the 2026 draft as well. A lot of movement happening early.
