Working with someone else is like learning on fast mode. For the past week I’ve been hopping on daily calls. Breaking down email copy, offers, and targeting strategies. Constant iteration. Even if you don’t have a partner, find someone to hash it out with.

I plan the week ahead every Sunday. Make a list of the inputs. e.g send 1000 emails not sign 3 new clients. Lob that into a Monday board Nothing noteworthy happens by accident. Be intentional.
