I’m absolutely loving Jon Watts new cook book! Cooking after a long week at work is a wonderful way to relax. Tonight it’s harissa chicken with Mediterranean vegetables served with Cajun potato wedges!

Very rarely do I keep going back 2 a recipe book to try different recipes but this one I have. I’ve Made the 3kids I look these 2 dishes & they love them. Chicken Thai satay is a firm favourite I did make the koftas into skewers so they didn’t look like turds though🤣Jon Watts

Just tried my first meal from Jon Watts Speedy Weeknight Meals (despite the fact it’s a Sunday!), and the Salmon, Asparagus and Pea Pilau was a great success - and even looked like the photo in the book.

I think this is one of Jon Watts best recipes and yet is super simple. Creamy harissa chicken. Flavour profile is off the charts. 10/10, well done Jon. Recipe in replies!
