Cool temps = happy grazing cattle

Life may be foggy at times, but it will eventually clear up

Won’t be making hay today, not even sure about this week

Sunshine has not been common this Spring so when it shines you need to put hay on the ground

The path to our destination may be a little foggy at times but stay the course and you will reach it

If I do the jobs of multiple people do I get paid extra? Small window of good weather to get some hay made

July 6 and first cutting of hay is finally done. Normally done first part of June. Thankful for the rain we got but it sure did make for a tough hay season

Looks like it’s going to be the year for big calves. 100# heifer yesterday, 95# bull today and a 95# bull that didn’t make it a couple weeks ago
