This was our local when we lived nearby - shame though that I think the skittles table is no more. Great landlord at the time was Ken Barrel (hope I got that right) and his good lady wife.

Just been looking WorldBeerAwards 2023 Winners. I was fortunate enough to judge the Flemish Reds, all of which were a delight. Well done to Betty Sosa for their Flemish Red Ale XII getting the World’s Best Sour & Wild Beer Award. It had some really strong competition.

Finally visited Brockley Brewery bigger site at Hither Grn. Now something of a veteran founded 2013, still doing a fair amount of cask, enjoyed the fine XPA. Good crowd including local families, comfy taproom, decent food truck, surprisingly welcoming amid the likes of Screwfix!
