Stress is a silent killer. You should be reducing as much stress as possible. The best ways to do this: • Cold showers • Ice baths • Sauna These will increase your stress tolerance.

There is no such thing as a "relationship" with food. Food is an inanimate object. The "relationship" that's causing you to misuse food is your relationship with your self. Address that and watch how your "relationship" with food improves.
