Rick Eckstein (manager) and Brad Penny (pitching coach) are back on staff for USA Baseball 18U as they prepare for the U-18 Baseball World Cup! The two joined us on #MLBNHotStove to talk about their roles and main points of focus while coaching the next generation of players.

I think it is more beneficial for hitters to watch entire at-bats rather than isolated swings. This is how you learn how to hit and compete. Watch the pitch selection, the importance of the count, and most importantly, the time between pitches to reset. Awesome battle here.
