3 weeks ago I had quite major surgery on my left leg. Yesterday I undertook my final Asssesement for my degree in Occupational Therapy. I was still able to recover to attend my examinationin person. A fantastic Cohort of amazing people who will make great OTs #OccupationalTherapy

After 4 years, Covid, a multitude of challenging personal issues, working full-time and whilst welcoming our first child. I am an Occupational Therapist! Got the highest mark of my degree on my dissertation. Cannot wait to get started in my role as an SSOT! #RCOT #NQOT

PIP has nothing to do with employment. PIP is for moderate to severe disability and it is v difficult to qualify for. It is not something one can blag. I research this. Sunak's idea people can go off PIP with treatment is wild and dangerous. It is disability denial,no less.

I’m happy my tax money is used to provide financial support to those who are too unwell to work. I’m also more than happy to pay taxes on the premise that if I’m one of the unlucky ones who can’t work due to ill health I will be financially supported It’s called civilisation
