School morale begins w/the Superintendent. They are the thermostat that creates a supportive climate for everyone. When they encourage, support, & appreciate all the staff in the district, it creates a positive dynamic culture.

Education has always seemed to be focused on fixing teachers. Teachers don’t need to be fixed but they do need to be supported, encouraged, & appreciated. Thank you to all the leaders who do!

Leaders, relationships aren’t just about getting commitment from staff. It’s knowing when staff leave exhausted, defeated, in tears, and sometimes feeling hopeless. Use those Relationships to build them up, let them know you have their back & even send a note of encouragement.
