Recently, I have had 3 of my LEVC taxis broken down. As instructed by LEVC the drivers have contacted RAC Care and have had nothing but problems when using this service. The first driver waited 9 hours for someone, the second, 6 hours and the third 4 hours.

Out of these 3 vehicles, 2 were unable to be recovered until the next day! This is a service supplied by LEVC so should,by now, be able to deal with these issues promptly as the vehicle has been on the market for some time now. LEVC RAC Care

Brakes failed on cab today had to smash into kerb or car choose kerb . Cab came up with brakes unavailable cab at main dealer .scary

Spoke to blackhorse they will do a payment holiday for individuals but it goes down as default against your name .

#AskRishi are you looking at extending the 3 month holiday on car loans etc

Be advised that TFL are sending out congestion charge pcn"s for cabs that plates have run out as they see them as a normal vehicle and automatically send a pcn . Joined up thinking again

If TFL advice, is you should wear face covering . Because its advice do drivers have to take that advice. Or can they decide that ADVICE is not relevant to the ????

Some good news as I am sick of bad news picked 2 people up on different occasions in the last two days they work for JP Morgan 50% of there staff will be back by the end of june its a start
