So sorry to hear about flooding in Coverack. I passed through this pretty village last July. Changeable weather then, but not on this scale.

Hard to believe it's a year to the day since I completed Jim's Journey, reaching the finish marker at South Haven Point, near Poole.

Around this time a year ago I was stopping off in Swanage for a final #ciderbythesea, complete with a missing front tooth.

The money we raised for @overandaboveNHS (£4,250-plus) is going to the North Devon Cancer and Wellbeing Centre Appeal, launched last week.

.@overandaboveNHS aims to raise £1.5m to build a new centre at NDDH to support people with cancer and other illnesses, and their loved ones.

The money we raised for FORCE Cancer Charity (also £4,250-plus) is going to its Tiverton outreach service, supporting local people hit by cancer.
