The World Bank proposes that Kenya reduce the tax rate from 25% to 15% for those earning Sh24,000–Sh32,333. It also proposes reducing the rate from 30% to 25% for earners between Sh32,334–Sh166,667. For those earning Sh166,668–Sh500,000, it suggests setting the rate at 32.5%.
