Just returned from a wonderful visit to UCBM in Rome where I taught a 'flourishing intensive' with my phenomenal colleague Jonathan C Rutledge . It was great to be back in the Eternal City though the trip went quickly!

This visit to UCBM was undoubtedly the highlight of my year! It was such an honor to work with Xavier Symons, the mastermind behind the whole course, and a quick visit to Rome wasn’t bad either!

This pretty much sums up my typical off day except on a slightly bigger scale

UPDATE: At the end of the month our family is moving to Scotland. I’ve been offered the post of Associate Lecturer in New Testament, and we are thrilled to have more time in the UK, especially with our daughter.

Off to teach early this morning once I’ve dropped Cap and Theo off to school. Should be an awesome year! 🥳
