A reminder…..you can only have 2 of the 3…so if you want high quality and prompt healthcare (or anything else) you have to pay for it…or just accept low quality and fast or high quality and slow…healthcare, education, food, public or private sector…no magic exceptions

Cremation forms going on September 9th 2024 as part of statutory Medical Examiner procedures so soon will ne historic but, yes, until then crem forms are not covered by NHS doctors

Much of the increase was due to temporary licences and registration being granted to those that had come off because of Covid pandemic measures. A lot of those are now coming off register or relinquishing their (temporary) licence to practice

At the last but one Royal College of Physicians AGM I asked whether they would cap exam fees to percentage pay rise of doctors…I was told it’s a decision for Federation of Royal Colleges…. Who is biggest member of the Federation?…ummm silence…
