Hibiscus + magnesium baths, green + soursop teas, beef stews + gumbos, fasting, pilates, deep dives in the esoteric, red light therapy, family bonding, Bible study, beautification, self adornment, ignoring haters, bigger boundaries, open heart, new month, same intentions —peace.
