Clinically Vulnerable Families 💙💜💗 The entire ‘lab not valid clinically’ reasoning is fatally flawed. Most users of respiratory protection are not in health care, it’s industrial applications. Many of them don’t work in climate controlled buildings, and some are doing heavy labor like asbestos remediation.
Clinically Vulnerable Families 💙💜💗 The reality is those respirators are extensively tested and proven in field use applications. There are tons of papers documenting effectiveness with in-field measurement. The ‘scientists’ making those lab only claims do not understand respiratory protection.
Clinically Vulnerable Families 💙💜💗 That this even needs to be written is disgusting. What is being practiced by those ‘clinician scientists’ is no form of science that I recognize. It’s an insular, dogmatic activity that absolutely refuses to consider evidence from outside its exceptionally narrow perspective.
To the Chief Medical Officer of Ontario: Medical settings need to be SAFER SPACES for BOTH patients & staff Masking can't be put on the shoulders of Ontario's MOST VULNERABLE ..that's your job. Bring back masks back into healthcare. Signed Ontario Ministry of Health Ontario Medical Association
John Michael McGrath Most people probably already have a coat, boots, and gloves. Add a scarf over your nose and mouth, a light toque under your helmet, and some ski goggles for the coldest days - that's all you need to stay warm while winter biking! It's much easier than people think.
Flannery Dean Lots to say about the Toronto DSB, the disconnect between board talking points and facts on the ground, crossed wires with trustees and facilities executives, bad HEPA units, failure to respond to measured problems/complaints, etc - but your DMs look closed to me
