The updated elem. report cards are available -edu.gov.on.ca/eng/document/f… Teachers check the ESL/ELD box to indicate the curriculum for that subject area has been modified, not that the student is an ELL. In most Ont. school boards this means the ELL is working towards STEP 1-3.
