Well, I got some good news yesterday. I have severe cataracts on both eyes, but it can be corrected with surgery. It will take twice as long in surgery to repair the right eye and then about 4-7 weeks to heal, and the left eye will be done. I may still need glasses.

I don't normally complain about how companies handle bad customer service, BUT AMAZON HAS BROKEN ME! I have been a Prime member for a long time too. I bought a $10 pack of fairy light, because I had issues with my power due to bad weather. I was informed that it was delivered.

2-I was sent a picture, w8th a lite porch light and an inside light from the front door, so it wasn't my house! Called 1st day to get refund, I was on phone for 30 minutes, but no refund was issued, called second time kept on phone and had 2 speak to 3 people.

I demanded a refund and a $10 credit for the 45minutes/ 2 phone call inconvenience but was told they can't issue those kind of credits. COME ON AMAZON, IS YOUR IDEA OF CUSTOMER SERVICE-SUPPORT! DO BETTER! I PAY YOU TO USE YOUR COMPANY MONTHLY, GIVE ME A $10 CREDIT.
