We are up and ready for our Prehab Hub number 2. How fantastic.

A fabulous construtiva morning meeting the team at Wells sports centre to talk about Prehabilitation and agreeing to join our programme.

3rd Somerset Prehab Hun now finished, another 5 patients have joined us. How Fantastic!

SFT Prehab hub 4 now up and running for our patients, with some fantastic conversations and engagement.

Excitingly today our Somerset Prehab for Cancer service is supporting patients in a new location as we have a room at the beautifully renovated Victoria Park.

Prehab on tour for the first time this morning - heading over to the college to use their fantastic facilities.

Set up our Prehab Hub for our patients now looks like this over at the college. Areas to talk Nutrition, Wellbeing and Exercise.

It’s really exciting to be talking with our YDH teams about Prehab, but that’s an awfully of stairs the day after running the grizzly

Having had patient feedback on our new Prehab Hub location we now have an outside sign to help our patients find us :)
