VailResorts Refund form says: “DOES NOT APPLY TO...EPIC DAY PASS PRODUCTS”. This is a very unfriendly customer policy. Many of us don’t live near resorts...we can’t come whenever we want. An EpicDay pass IS a Lift Ticket! You should refund unused days if planned vacations are affected.

VailResorts We purchased five 4-day Epic Day passes (aka lift tickets) for our trip to Breck next week. This was the only time we could visit this season....and now you’re closed. How can you not give refunds?! I hope common sense prevails here.
