Going back to church, finally finding a hobby, going on walks, removing old clothes from my closet, and cooking more meals at home have been doing wonders for my mental health lately.

Don’t forget to read your bible and pray before you sleep. Thank God for a new week, and ask the Lord for protection over you and your loved ones as you sleep. I pray that God will keep us all safe.
