Observations from starting a law firm (1YR, 6MO in): 1) Hiring is fucking hard. So much goes into it. What do I need? Paralegal? Associate? Experience? Pay? What’s competitive and reasonable? Do I even have enough work? Will they work well with our team? List goes on. /1
