Just had an amazingly bad experience with Dollar Car Rental arrived to MSY to 30 people waiting in line for cars they didn't have. Had to take a taxi back and forth which cost more than our rental. Then stock replies from a bot! boooooo I want compensation! Cost us half a day & $$
