Today British Airways on a roll. Guy at gate demanding anyone outside Group 3 put hand baggage in hold - ‘this is not voluntary, but mandatory’. Gone are ‘we’ll let you board first if you check hand baggage in’ niceties. And then you board with less legroom than budget airlines.

Final kick in the teeth from British Airways after last two awful flight experiences which led to two journeys over 24 hours. Just spent an hour putting together compensation claim on their site & it just crashed. Currently my least favourite airline.
