1.4 is a pretty good patch, but the early game death timer changes are some of the worst changes I've ever seen. Please just make pre-15 minute death timers longer, PLEASE

Solid balance patch, still more adjustments to be done but generally hit most of the outliers that I had a problem with. Hopefully makes ranked more enjoyable.
