.Lyft six weeks, a lost item chat with the driver, four support chats, two support calls and no result on being reunited with the CONFIRMED lost item on a ride to DFW. This is uncalled for, ridiculous and frustrating. Maybe you don't need our company's 100+ rides per year?

Not sure who’s more inept… .@tsa or .americanair this time. Checked in 4/4 for a flight #DFW #LAS and my bike made it to #LAX with ANOTHER bag tag/name and just received the bike today 4/10 back in Dallas. Almost as bad as last year when AA broke my bike and didn’t cover it!!!
