We have update all our apps to run on the new Stampede2 cluster at TACC! imicrobe.us/#/apps

Our uproc-1.2.0u4 app (imicrobe.us/#/apps/42) now includes annotation of the KEGG/PFAM hits, e.g., "K01467" = "ampC/beta-lactamase class C [EC:3.5.2.6]" etc.
