2nd time I've discovered that WEX dropped the ball and had my health insurance suspended! To paraphrase the Seinfeld rental car episode: WEX knows how to take my money, but not how to keep my health insurance active!

In what world does this make sense? The Audible app requires an online sync to listen offline? This is after I had opened up the same audiobooks while connected before I went somewhere without an internet connection!

Customer service is a joke with Venmo / Venmo Support . Chat doesn't work, phone support doesn't provide an option to deal with platform errors. I guess the money they make on float with open balances isn't enough to hire enough customer service agents.
