No social planned for this week however we’d like to mention that Hull University Politics Society is hosting their annual “Beech Speaks” lecture this week, please do go along and support them. We hope to be back soon! Keep an eye on our socials for future events.

Thank you very much to everyone who attended our social on Wednesday! It was lovely to see you all again and meet some of you for the very first time. Hopefully everyone had as much fun with the questions discussed as we did!

Come down to our event this Wednesday in LR10 in Wilberforce! Cinema themed snacks will be provided, please feel free to bring blankets and get comfortable!

After the reading week the Philosophy Society will be attending the Pub Quiz at the Gardeners Arms! We will be meeting outside the Library at 6pm to walk down together. Hope to see you all there!

This week we’re in the Haworth with the psychology society! We’ll be meeting at the library to walk everyone down at 6:45pm, with the actual social starting at around 7:30pm. The theme is Barbie and Ken, however there’s no pressure to come dressed up! Hope to see you all there!

In light of the recent 60th anniversary of the Kennedy assassination, please join us for a talk from Lord Norton about the Presidency of JFK. Tomorrow, 6:30PM, Brynmor Jones Library Teaching Room 3.
