Worst airline experience with @EtihadAirways + Etihad Help Denied boarding due to overbooking of BKK->EDI flight (Ref: MXXHPQ Resolver: RES5397252). No explanation for denied boarding and re-routed via Frankfurt resulting in ~40hr travel - absolutely unacceptable #profiteering

Etihad Help In accordance with EC 261/2004 we are entitled to £600 compensation. @EtihadAirways are 1 of 5 airlines reprimanded by the UK Civil Aviation Authority and found to be failing to obey EU laws.
