Imagine picking an argument with someone who has spent years honing the craft as their day job.

Sheffield city council: agreed to treat care experience as a protected characteristic in November 2023. Included it in their 4 year equality strategy in March 2024. It doesn’t have to take several years to implement after you’ve had your nice press statement.

Really don’t want to bash the increasing of a bursary because it’s always good but honestly, for an institution like University of Oxford this is a barely inflation rise to a rounding error on the overall operating costs of the institution.

York committing to another 4 years of this sector leading financial support for care leavers. Today is a good day. Forever proud of my Alma.
