Congratulations to Señora Perez's 1st Grade Class! They participated in the Hy-Vee Wellness Challenge and won snacks for the entire school, T-shirts and prizes for their whole class, plus a field trip to U.S. Bank Stadium! @HyVeeKidsFit

It pays to be healthy!  Thanks to the many Elementary classroom teachers who participated in the @HyVeeKidsFit challenge! Hy-Vee delivered snacks and water bottles to the entire school today, and one 1st grade class is heading to US Bank stadium for a private tour tomorrow!

It’s Smoothie Day! 🥤 Our awesome upperclass students are making & delivering smoothies for staff. It's been a fun boost to our wellness program! Proud to be one of the few schools with a dedicated wellness program & honored to be an MSP Wellness Workplace Champion for 2024!

Be encouraged people! We have some great student leaders in Pine Island and in other area schools! Mr. Horner and I took 11 juniors and seniors to the MSHSL Together 3.0 conference at the Mayo Civic Center today to collaborate with leaders from other schools.
