About 10:40 last night, Hoboken Police responded to the area of Washington & Observer on reports of an unconscious male. Hoboken EMS & Volunteer Ambulance Corp also responded to provide aid, but unfortunately the person was pronounced deceased. A prelim investigation reveals an OD. #Hoboken
