We had the most wonderful time with the children that came to our Nursery Stay and Play session for under 3 year olds! We explored our Nursery classroom and made some new friends. We can't wait to see you all again next Monday! Everyone welcome, come along!

Our Year 6 pupils have taken part in pedestrian training this week ready for their transition to secondary and becoming more independent! They have recapped how to be safe when crossing the road, especially when using mobile phones! 🚶‍♀️

A successful morning with our HLC_Primary debate team. The children researched and wrote their own speeches opposing the banning of plastic bags. They were professional and spoke passionately. We are all so proud of them.

After being rained off last week Y2 have been waiting eagerly for their opportunity to shine, and shine they did! Y2 were amazing in what was the closest set of results weve had so far. Congrats to Darwin for reclaiming the crown. 1st Darwin 2nd Brookes 3rd Darby 4th Webb

The parents and children from 4b enjoyed their parent 'picnic' lunch outdoors in the sunshine today.

WINNERS!!! Well done to our group of children who won their debate at a school competition. Mrs Casey was so proud of how well they presented their speeches. They listened to the opposing speeches and responded respectfully and factually.

It was an amazing effort from some our year 5/6s who managed a 5th place finish at the Telford & Wrekin SSP athletics competition. In wet conditions the team were excellent and came away with a host of individual medals. #TheHLCWay

We've had an absolute BLAST at Edgebaston today. We were very lucky enough to get our hands on some tickets for a Vitality Blast game. We watched Bears 🏏 women take on Essex. It was a tense game and went down to the last two balls with the Bears winning it.

This is a great piece of Writing. It is all about the history of Hadley. This young man said he is enjoying learning about the history of where he lives.

Year 6 thoroughly enjoyed their Science lesson in secondary this week. They were using microscopes to observe cells in an onion’s skin. Thank you Dr Wilson!
