Couldn’t bring myself to do the virtual 2020 race, and deferred to Detroit Free Press Marathon 2021. Registration opened today!! Looking forward to the International 🇺🇸 🇨🇦 Half Marathon again! 🏃🏻‍♀️ (hopefully)

In Maryland at Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland for an Event Garde LLC client event. I’m intrigued by these elevator buttons and their supposed self-cleaning skills. I may want a whole house made of this technology!

Registration desk pet peeve: staff having to turn their back to the person checking in. Challenged by reg desk setups, quantity of badges, and finding something inexpensive and small enough to ship repeatedly in as little extra space as possible… enter pc/nametag

For one client, I’m 2 events down, 28 to go! Harrah's SoCal - your meetings team was superb! Thank you Mary, and to Mauro and Sammy as well! After yesterday’s rain, I’ll enjoy a bit of the sunshine here before heading back to Michigan. Where it’s warmer than San Diego today. 🙄

The DoubleTree by Hilton in Chesterfield, MO let me check into my room incredibly early and of course, handed me a cookie 🍪 with my key. Followed by them wanting to relocate the client’s general session room. Taking the good with the not so good #eventprofs

I’ve had some less than picturesque views recently at various hotels… not that I’m in my room much except to sleep…so it kind of warms my heart to have this view right here in my home state of #PureMichigan at the #marriott Ann Arbor, even with the rain!
