Her Ex, Their Dad

Primary caregivers start at the finish line in family court. Good Dads should be a part of their children’s lives. Parental Alienation is child abuse.

I heard Dr Charlotte Proudman on BBC Woman's Hour give her perspective about this civil case (which she hailed as "the BIGGEST case of the year"), where Mr Griffiths was found on balance of probabilities to have abused and raped his wife. Her statements have raised a few questions for me. 🧵
Dear Boris Johnson the critical lesson to learn is women can be abusive to children. We HAVE to address the extreme gender bias evident among our victims / domestic abuse commissioners which infects social worker training and can lead to child deaths. How many more have to die?
Great job here by Janis James MBE taking about a very important subject
In 2022 it is quite extraordinary that upon parental separation: Children have no automatic right to be cared for by both parents equally Fathers have to fight for access Women are not demanding for shared care by default Your signature can change this petition.parliament.uk/petitions/6031…
1/3 of domestic abuse victims are men but they & boys who witness DA are categorised as 'victims of violence against Women and Girls’. This semantic nonsense ignores men’s specific needs. Parallel (intimate) Violence against Men and Boys strategy required. hansard.parliament.uk/lords/2022-06-…
bbc.co.uk/news/uk-englan… where is the outrage? killed the day contact hearing was due... Victims’ Commissioner London Women's Aid "A mother who murdered her two-year-old son the day she was due at an access hearing" may his soul rest in peace, and may his paternal family find peace..
I am minded of trenches in WW1. One side dug in deep – PA is a tool used by abusive men. The other side firm – vengeful mothers turn children against their fathers. The no-man’s land between, where childhood is sacrificed on an altar of gendered ideology drsuewhitcombe.substack.com/p/bias-in-the-…
Can anyone tell us how this is acceptable behaviour from a practicing barrister working in family courts Bar Standards Board
