Ticks make life hard for many of us – but as researchers in infectious diseases, we love being able to visualize them so closely! A fluorescent microscopic look into tick molecular components is a first step towards novel prevention strategies against Lyme disease!!

Putting this together has been a massive team effort with the Sydney Informatics Hub University of Sydney (can't thank Joel, Dr Henry Lydecker and Elevn enough!). Thanks to GRDC for funding the project too. Lots of work still ongoing, with more features and datasets to come.
