New pub out in ACP with M. Eisen, @Tawna_Williams, and Jennifer Jones Do encoding conditions affect witnesses’ susceptibility to investigator influence? We found that poorer encoding conditions led participants to be more vulnerable to suggestive influence during a lineup task.

More specifically, we manipulated distance during encoding and found that participants in the far viewing condition were more likely to shift their decisions when prompted by an administrator to re-examine the lineup. Read more here: researchgate.net/publication/36…
