An ex-colleague who Ieft Barclays this month is considering becoming a broker (having worked various roles lender side since 2007). Do you have any advice London Money Mortgage Mike Sebastian Riemann or others? Anything they should be doing/thinking about? Thanks in advance x
Great to hear Lewis Shaw & you discuss the impact & “popularity” of these long term mortgages. With the standard 25 year term not being as common, plus an older first time buyer who, on average is in their 30s buying their first home they have a wide & long term impact.
Happy birthday stuart hammond 🎈
