People post about the jan window each time we struggle and they fail to consider that we didn’t invest because we a) didn’t want to affect the squad chemistry and b) didn’t want to gamble on a 30+mil signing and then not make Europe and be left with no spending money #nffc

I actually wouldn’t change Forest for the world. We’ve survived relegation after breaching financial rules to then a year later secure European football and be annoyed about it whilst our owner is on the pitch kicking off. What a football club #NFFC

All these pundits talk about the dangers of social media and the way that it impacts players and clubs but are always the first ones to throw fuel on the fire to generate a few clicks

Ange changed his style to fit the game and Amorim stuck to his philosophy like he has done all season. He hasn’t got the players to play the way he wants, so why would he not adapt until he has? They were so poor tonight. Can see why it was 16th v 17th

The sooner people understand the distinction between restricting freedom of speech and the consequences of having freedom of speech, the better.

If Elanga and MGW leave I’ll be gutted. Obviously a business but it would be 2 steps back when we are on the up. Would get it if we finished 12th and our best players needed to play in UCL but criminal to let them go when we’ve got momentum. Thought Marinakis had ambition #NFFC

#nffc are considering legal action over what they perceive as an illegal approach from Tottenham in their pursuit of Morgan Gibbs-White. Deal off as it stands but this one will clearly run and run. More to follow Telegraph Football #thfc

Harry Joule (@harryjoule) 's Twitter Profile Photo

The basic element of an illegal approach is talking to a player under contract before informing the club they are contracted to. No doubt it happens all the time to sound out a player but Forest are making a point that the rules have to be followed #NFFC

Would have been much braver for Bethell, Smith, Overton or Tongue to dig deep and get us over the line so a one armed man didn’t have to come out and run quick singles

Harry Joule (@harryjoule) 's Twitter Profile Photo

This could easily have been us this summer, glad that the club have backed themselves to compete against the top teams. Not knocking Bournemouth, just two different approaches but I know which one I’d rather have #NFFC

Harry Joule (@harryjoule) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Hope that it is being blown out of proportion. Obviously Nuno wanted a settled side to start the season but m Marinakis wanted to wait for the CAS outcome and has loosened pursestrings since. See it from both sides but feel like Marinakis was right to wait #NFFC

A situation that ended up being inevitable. Disappointing but unfortunately it’s what you can expect from our club #NFFC

Huge transfer window signing some exciting talent. European football in a couple of weeks. Two players in the England squad with one of them getting MOTM on his debut. Now we’re sacking Nuno and bringing in Big Ange. As usual, Forest doing all they can to keep us humble #NFFC

Arsenal (a) has been a bogey fixture since promotion. Each time we’ve been so passive and not laid a glove on them. First 5 mins we put pressure on and then sat off. Don’t like being that type of team but we needed to rile them today and smash in to a few tackles early on #nffc

Harry Joule (@harryjoule) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Good first outing, thought we looked class in the first half but second half is a learning curve. Think we tired a lot towards the end and the subs didn’t have much of an impact #nffc
