Fort Scott takes home the 3rd place trophy at 4A baseball in Salina with a 10-9 win over Paola in 8 innings. The Tigers (18-7) scored three runs in the bottom of the seventh to send the game into extra innings. McPherson and Chanute play for the state title around 6:45. KSHSAA

Andale-Garden Plain (19-9) will play Wamego or Eudora in the 5 pm title game. The Indians start four freshmen and two sophomores. Kaylee Altman, the team’s only senior, had a pair of doubles and drove in three runs. Circle (24-6) will play for third place at 3:00. KSHSAA
