Turns out “document = await yaddayadda” in UXP react is going to overwrite the DOM and cause 6 hours of chasing your tail.

Turns out copying the pan/zoom from an open Ps document and applying the "similar" pan and zoom to another Ps document is not trivial. Problem has all of the AI engines completely confused and hallucinating.

After 2 days trying to get all the AI engines to help me solve my UXP plugin problem, I finally figured it out mostly on my own.

Finally mastered value-based routing in SWIFT for my Harmon Christmas Code iOS app. Getting really close, which is good cause go-live is coming fast.

AI has dramatically accelerated how software is written. But speed was never the real bottleneck. Despite LLMs, The Mythical Man-Month is still surprisingly relevant. Not because of how code is produced, but because of what actually slows software down: coordination, shared

Over the Christmas break I have started a Volume Sports Photography app. React frontend and Spring Boot + mariadb backend. Spent 3 days just on the DB tables that AI helped with syntax and efficiency recommendations but it took experiences guidance to get to a good result

After spending much of the day turning a CAT5e punched down for phone to be punched down for Ethernet and connecting an Asus XT-9 to it, I have decided I need the XT-9 in a different room to better cover the house. Heat ducts are WiFi killers.

The most impressive part of the 49ers win today is they overcame the Harmon jersey curse. Just bought the dark rivalry jersey and every time I buy a jersey the team loses. Sorry George, it is a Kittle jersey. My bad.

Exactly what I am doing. My Volume Shoots application is well underway and Codex + AGENTS.md that points to other .md is seriously powerful. AI agents with a lot of guidance and code checks makes me get 10x the work done.

I would pay decent money for a remote KVM that could switch a physical KVM just behind it. Or I guess a 4 computer KVM with remote viewing/control capabilities over a local network.

Interesting how as I build an application for my volume sports business I am learning for the first time about diacritic characters for names.
