One of the final tests on the regular commissioning course Royal Military Academy Sandhurst is Exercise Dynamic Victory. Over the course of 10 days in the field, this tactical exercise is a test of mind and body and assesses the cadets on all they have learned in the past year. #ServeToLead

Proper sleep is necessary for success, but don't be surprised if nervousness causes you to stay awake the night before the Big Race. Get plenty of sleep the night before the night before to combat that problem. Adequate rest all during your training program is even more important

We have been advised of the death of Freddie 'Dixie' Deane from the 10th Parachute Battalion on 30 July aged 95. Serving with the MMG Platoon he was wounded on 19 September 1944 losing an eye & was taken POW. He was one of the last two known survivors from the 10th. RIP Freddie.
