My 250kg/550lb Back Squat from the Sorinex #SummerStrong Squat and Deadlift Event. I haven’t back squatted in a decade. I deadlifted 250kg/550lb but video is pending. I haven’t deadlifted all year. Total Hip Replacement January 7th and 52-yr-old. I think a new fire is lit 🔥
