did i return to twitter solely because Waterstones is holding my book and my money hostage? yes, yes i did.
where is my Waterstones order? update: today (exactly 7 weeks after placing order) i finally had a response. apparently it's out of stock (despite still being available to order online). so no book but hopefully now a refund. terrible service 0/10 would not recommend
huge shout out to Fox Lane Books 🦊 for doing what #waterstones could not - shipping my book (quickly too!) my dad will finally get his xmas gift! thanks! thinking of ordering a book? save yourself weeks of being bookless & out of pocket: avoid waterstones & opt for fox lane instead
